sorry I have not received my parcel ordered before 15th August and have not received a response from HPP . I also only have a UPS label was created for this item on 15th August but no other tracking information to say that UPS has even received the item?

I placed an order then promptly sent an e-mail asking if this could be deleted as I found my copy that I had ordered years ago.  I never received a response and I still have not received this order.  I did receive some sort of apology but still no product
