HPP is pleasurable and effective November 11, 2011

I first used an HPP tape (with great success) some 18 years ago. I find the recordings to be deeply relaxing and enjoyable to listen to. More importantly they have enabled me to make profound changes in my behavior and my life.

Changing Emotions-Stress Management November 1, 2011

I have suffered for the past 12 years from generalized anxiety disorder, panic attacks and severe depression.  I have tried many different avenues to help with the anxiety disorder, including medication, none of which worked.  However, after listening to the CDs., just a few times, for the first time, maybe in my entire life, I did not have anxious feelings and dread that I had all the time before.  Also, I  finally stopped having horrible nightmares every night so I am much better rested in the morning.  I also have been better able to control my panic attacks.  This all occurred after only the first week of working with the CDS.   The CDs have also  helped me to make difficult decisions in order to change some things in my life that were contributing to the anxiety and depression.  I will listen to the CDs every day for the rest of my life if needed and I plan on purchasing more.

Great reminder October 7, 2011

Sometimes we forget how much we have made it through in life, when we let some small things overwhelm us. These Cd's are just what I needed  to help me remember that I have and can over come life's hardships and doubtful moments.  It's something you can use in private and get the help you really need.

I currently own four HPP tracks.  I used to own two more  but lost them during a move.  Much to my dismay.  I have a huge auditory library from people like Kelly Howell, Dr. Jeffery Thompson, Jonathan Goldman, etc., that I have accumulated and used over the years.  The HPP tracks are by far my favorite.  Their results are almost immediate.  I actually notice positive changes in the areas that each HPP session addresses.  If I were a wealthier person I would purchase every CD you sell.  Thank you very much for making Resilience available at the promotional price.
